NYLON Search - Recruitment and Executive Search is seeking an entrepreneurial front office trading systems implementation consultant to lead hands-on OMS deployments for hedge fund clients, coordinating with traders and portfolio managers to ensure timely delivery and integration across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing consulting or services role.

• Understanding of the investment management trade lifecycle, including OMS and post-trade operations.

Leading Trading Systems and FinTech company seeks entrepreneurial front office trading systems implementation consultant to lead hands on OMS (trade Order Management Systems) implementation across multiple client engagements, working directly with hedge fund traders and portfolio managers to ensure successful and timely delivery and integration of front office investment management trading (OMS) systems – and build strong relationships with client stakeholders including traders, portfolio managers, compliance and fund operations teams. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the entire trade lifecycle and front to back-office investment data management workflows – and come from either a client services or OMS / Front Office systems implementation role at a similar provider (e.g. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Aladdin etc.) or have experience as a hedge fund or buy side trader working with similar OMS systems. Requirements:

• 3+ years experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing
• consulting or professional services role; OR hedge fund / buy side trader or portfolio manager experience working with OMS systems (Eg. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Aladdin)
• Strong knowledge of front office trading workflows – including trading, portfolio management, compliance monitoring, and operational.
• Strong understanding of the investment management trade lifecycle, including order management, post-trade operations, compliance oversight, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.

This role can be either hybrid OR remote in the New York, Philadelphia or Boston area.
