Job summary

NYLON Search is seeking an entrepreneurial front office OMS systems implementation consultant to lead hands-on trading system implementations for hedge funds and buy-side clients.

You will work directly with traders, PMs and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of front office investment management trading (OMS) systems, building strong client relationships across teams including compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in client-facing role implementing or supporting investment management software.
• Experience with or exposure to front-to-back office data flows and OMS systems.

Data Management Trading platform and Fintech company seeks entrepreneurial front office OMS systems implementation consultant to lead hands on Trade Order Management Systems implementation for hedge fund and buy side clients, working directly with traders, portfolio managers and stakeholders to support systems implementation, integration and migration, ensuring successful delivery of front office investment management trading (OMS) systems. The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders including traders, portfolio managers, compliance, technical and fund operations teams. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Front to Back Office data flows and trade lifecycle and investment management workflows – and come from either a client support, trade support, or OMS systems implementation role at a similar provider (e.g. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Aladdin etc.) - OR have experience as a buy side trader working with similar OMS systems. Responsibilities include:

• Lead front office implementation work streams across multiple client engagements to ensure successful, high-quality, timely delivery.
• Collaborate with client teams to analyze data workflows and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of experience supporting or implementing investment management software in a client-facing role role;
• OR, hedge fund / buy side trader or portfolio manager experience working with OMS systems (Eg. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Aladdin)
• Strong knowledge of trading data workflows – front to middle and back office data management.
• Strong understanding of the investment management trade lifecycle, including order management, post-trade operations, compliance oversight, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, issue resolution and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
