Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist (Account Manager) in Oaks, PA to support Hedge Fund clients.

You will serve as the main daily contact, coordinate SEI resources, and manage new business setups while delivering proactive, high-quality client service. You will discuss our service offering in detail, leveraging Excel/Access and Geneva familiarity, and you will travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3.5 years in operations supporting Alternative Investments.
• Supervisory experience in Alt Operations.
• Knowledge of financial and investment management account services.
• Experience with Advent Geneva.
• Experience with workflow tools is a plus.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with external clients is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to assist in analysis, development and documentation of procedures and controls.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access proficiency.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main daily client contact.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships.
• Coordinate internal SEI resources for clients (COPS, Recon, Accounting, Technology).
• Identify, resolve and/or elevate critical issues.
• Represent each client with third party vendors used by the teams.
• Coordinate all new business setups.
• Develop and document processes and controls for enhancements.
• Manage client and internal expectations for ad hoc requests.
• Provide consultative approach for project requests, prioritise, scope, and implement custom specs.
• Work with the team to define service offering and manage client expectations.
• Work with various file and data formats; travel 10-15%.
• Participate in professional development to identify processes across division.
