Job summary

SEI seeks a Client Service Specialist (Account Manager) in its Investment Manager Services division. You will be the primary daily contact for Hedge Fund clients, supporting SEI’s workflow and Geneva systems, while explaining processes over calls and meetings.

You will coordinate resources, resolve issues, and help implement enhancements to our fund administration services in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3.5 years related work experience in operations supporting Alternative Investments.
• Supervisory experience in Alt Operations.
• Knowledge of financial and investment management account services.
• Experience with Advent Geneva.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main daily client contact.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate internal SEI resources for clients (COPS, Recon, Accounting, Technology).
• Identify, resolve or escalate critical issues.
• Represent each client with third party vendors used by the teams.
• Coordinate all new business setups.
• Develop and document processes and controls for enhancements to the offering.
