Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a leader to build and run the Hedge Funds sales team within Enterprise FSI, delivering frontier AI to top funds and transforming investment workflows.

You'll own the coverage, recruit and coach senior Enterprise Account Executives, and partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Legal to navigate complex procurement, risk, and security while driving durable adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise sales teams selling API-first platforms or cloud infrastructure into hedge funds.
• Track record of winning and growing enterprise hedge fund customers including C-suite relationships.
• Experience designing go-to-market coverage for an enterprise sales team with segmentation and territories.
• Operational rigor across high-volume pipelines and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Credibility with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and solutions architects; collaboration with applied AI teams.
• Strong coaching skills to elevate team performance and account strategy.
• Genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and advancing Anthropic’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Define hedge fund go-to-market strategy and coverage design; evolve as the business scales.
• Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives with deep FS and platform-selling expertise.
• Codify use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions for hedge funds.
• Engage with C-level executives on priority pursuits, navigating procurement, security, model-risk, and legal processes to production.
• Own the team’s revenue targets and cadence; manage forecasting and deal inspection.
• Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions and roadmap input.
• Orchestrate cross-functional motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and cloud partners.
