Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Manager, Account Executive - Hedge Funds in New York to lead a high-impact hedge fund sales team and drive adoption of frontier AI platforms. You will recruit, coach, and mentor Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives, shaping coverage and go-to-market plays across top funds.

You will own revenue targets, coordinate with Marketing, Enablement, and Partners, and partner with AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to deliver rapid value and scalable outcomes for CIOs, CTOs,

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise sales teams selling API/ platform solutions to hedge funds.
• Proven track record with C-suite relationships in hedge funds.
• Strong ability to design GTM coverage and account prioritization.
• Operational rigor: high-volume pipeline, multi-stakeholder cycles, accurate forecasting.
• Credibility with technical buyers and builders; collaborate with architects and AI teams.
• Interest in deploying AI responsibly to advance Anthropic’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Define hedge fund go-to-market strategy and coverage design.
• Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives.
• Codify use cases and sales motions for hedge funds; partner with Marketing and Enablement.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs on priority pursuits; navigate procurement and compliance.
• Own revenue targets and establish pipeline discipline and forecasting rhythms.
• Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to translate needs into roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional motions with Success, Partnerships, Legal, and cloud partners.
