Qualifications

• Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers navigate their journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support to travelers, ensuring seamless trip experiences.
• Resolve complex travel-related inquiries including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
• Represent a major global brand by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication in Hebrew.
• Collaborate with international teams within the travel industry to streamline service delivery.
• Maintain high quality standards for travel consultation while meeting daily performance metrics.
• Handle real-time travel disruptions with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
