Qualifications

• Represent a major global brand with professional, empathetic communication in Hebrew.
• Collaborate with international teams to streamline service delivery.
• Maintain high quality standards for travel consultation while meeting daily metrics.
• Handle real-time travel disruptions with problem-solving and customer satisfaction in focus.
• Work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
