Blu Selection is recruiting a Customer Care Associate (Hebrew Speaker) in Lisbon. You will support customers in a luxury retail context, providing world-class service and solving issues across top brands.

The role involves data entry in the CRM, collaboration with a multicultural team, and a pathway to development within the company. The position offers a long-term fixed-term contract renewable yearly, 40h/week (Sun–Thu, 10:00–19:00).

Qualifications

• Native level Hebrew and good English required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit.
• Motivated, reliable and committed in work.
• Customer service and quality mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming queries from customers.
• Identify issues and provide solutions.
• Record data in the CRM system.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
