• Provide professional assessment of heavy vehicle statutory test applications and ECWVTA processes.
• Advise non-technical teams and front line staff on DVSA-related services and respond to enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assessment of heavy vehicle statutory test applications for first test and conversions.
• Undertake assessment of approved vehicles via ECWVTA teams.
• Provide technical support to non-technical teams and advise operators, manufacturers and the public.
• Investigate solutions to mitigate risks and support policy development.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers with accurate responses.
