Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a New and Used Heavy Truck Sales Representative in Meridian, MS to drive commercial truck sales and grow our dealership's market share. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting Freightliner/Western Star solutions, and closing deals.

The candidate should have a CDL, strong customer relations, and sales experience. This on-site position offers competitive wages, incentives, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Must possess a current Class A CDL or be willing to obtain a Class A CDL within the first six months of employment
• 2 Years of previous Commercial Trucking or Equipment experience is preferred; aftermarket experience is a plus!
• Must be willing to invest time to master every step of our business process
• Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal & written) skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
