Job summary

Wallwork is hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative to serve assigned accounts, grow heavy truck parts sales, and deliver parts to businesses in the surrounding area. This role blends sales, customer service, and hands-on duties with a focus on route efficiency and relationship building.

You will visit customers, quote parts, coordinate deliveries, and explore new business opportunities while maintaining safety and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently.
• Ability to lift and move parts and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Visit and contact assigned customers to understand their parts needs, provide service, and generate sales.
• Prospect for new customers and develop new accounts.
• Submit customer parts orders, follow up on sales, and coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Deliver parts using company vehicles, including a pickup and gooseneck trailer where applicable.
• Load and unload parts and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Process returns and maintain safety and product knowledge to support customers.
