Job summary

Wallwork Inc. is seeking a Route Parts Sales candidate to join our team. The role involves soliciting parts business from assigned accounts through personal and phone contacts and delivering parts to our surrounding locations. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in heavy truck parts or sales, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is required for select locations.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL required for select locations: Bismarck, Williston, Minot, Dickinson.
• CDL not required for Fargo area locations.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned customers on route and prospect for new customers.
• Submit parts orders for all designated customers.
• Complete core battery, warranty, and new part returns per policy.
• Local delivery of parts using a pickup and gooseneck trailer.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment where applicable.
• Some overnight travel may be required; lodging/meals/travel expenses are covered.
• Follow up with sales, coordinate returns and overall customer service.
• Maintain safety checks and report any issues to management.
