Dempsey Uniform is hiring Production Associates at our Sunbury, PA plant for first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with no weekends and holidays off.

Position: Soil Linen Sorter. Responsibilities include sorting soiled items and following safety rules. The role offers weekly pay at $17.15 per hour, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate a highly reliable work performance record.
• Must pass extensive pre-employment checks including background screening and drug testing.
• Must have reliable transportation to report to work as scheduled.
• Must meet physical requirements: standing up to 10 hours, bending, twisting, squatting, repetitive hand motions, lifting at least 15 lbs.
• Many have prior experience in production/manufacturing/assembly/picking/shipping/warehouse/retail environments.
• Stable work history, good attendance, and punctuality.
• Team players who act with honesty and integrity and uphold company values.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and directives.
• Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
