Job summary

Dempsey Uniform and Linen Supply invites applications for a Dock Warehouse Associate at our Sunbury plant. The role involves loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory, and upholding a clean, safe work environment under OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations, reporting hazards, and working reliably in various weather conditions. This position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced production or dock/warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Background checks including drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles.
• Assist with inventory control and organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace per OSHA guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions to management promptly.
• Work independently and reliably in all weather conditions.
• Perform duties safely and responsibly.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 7 AM – 3:30 PM (may require some overtime and occasional weekend hours)

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads product/supplies from delivery vehicles
• Helps with inventory control
• Maintains a clean environment, organizes products, and appropriately disposes of waste/trash
• Performs all assigned duties in a safe fashion in accordance with OSHA standards and directives
• Reports any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly
• Works independently and reliably in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced production or dock/warehouse environment
• Highly reliable work performance record
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and stand for 8+ hours per day
• Stable work history and reliable transportation
• Must pass extensive pre‑employment background checks, including a criminal record check, and a drug test
• Ability to drive a standard‑transmission truck is a plus
