Responsibilities

• Lifting, rolling, and carrying mats in the facility to prepare them for our customers.
• Meet production standards.
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe fashion in accordance with OSHA standards and directives.
• Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highly reliable work performance record.
• Pass extensive pre‑employment checks, including background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to report to work as scheduled.
• Physical ability to stand for 10 hours per day, bend, twist, squat, repetitive hand motions such as grasping, and lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
• Perform duties in accordance with OSHA standards and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Team player who acts with honesty and integrity and upholds company values.
• Prior experience in fast‑paced environments (production, manufacturing, assembly, picking, shipping, packing, warehouse, restaurant or retail) is desirable.
