Job summary

Dempsey Uniform is seeking a Garment Hanger and Repair Associate to prepare garments, ensure quality, and perform minor repairs as needed. You will contribute to a clean, efficient production environment and support overall garment processing.

Based in Jessup, PA, the role runs Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and uniforms provided. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift garments.
• Basic sewing skills and ability to perform minor repairs; training provided.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for defects or damage.
• Hang garments on racks or conveyor systems for processing.

• Familiarity with garment handling procedures and sewing skills are a plus.
