Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner familiarity.
• Able to read work orders and follow instructions precisely.
• Proficient with measuring tools: tape measure, micrometer, caliper, calculator.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Match order numbers to tags to ensure accurate shipments.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Pick and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Inspect, label, band, and package finished products.
• Process work orders and bills of lading.
• Record material movements using an RF scanner.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Keep work areas and walkways clean and free of debris.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
