The Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) Planner/Scheduler (PS) will provide comprehensive planning, scheduling, and workscope integration support to enable the effective disassembly, repair, and assembly of gas‑turbine engines at the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility. This role ensures alignment between customer requirements, production plans, configuration control, and daily shop‑floor execution to meet delivery goals.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work 1st shift (0700–1600) and additional hours (early/late overtime, weekends) as necessary; may be required to respond to inquiries during off‑hours.
Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams with limited supervision.
Ability to maintain data integrity while using databases or other data systems.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
