Job summary

Empire Southwest seeks seasoned shop and field technicians with experience on heavy equipment and dealership environments. The role involves repairing and servicing Caterpillar and Empire line machinery in field and shop settings across multiple shifts.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of related experience, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and own tools. DOT licensing and safety training are required where applicable and occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components.
• Prepare service reports.
• Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
• Travel to remote locations as needed.
• Work overtime as needed.
