Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing - Operator-Machine, Heavy in Crest Hill, IL. You will set up and adjust equipment to meet product demand, perform quality checks, and ensure safe, efficient operation on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, documenting daily production, training new associates, and performing basic troubleshooting. A high school diploma and 1 year manufacturing experience are required; strong communication and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Safety rules and PPE compliance mandatory.
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and clean work area."
• Ability to set up, change over, adjust, repair and operate all machinery and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is ready for on-time startup and in operating condition.
• Make necessary adjustments to keep products flowing and perform quality checks.
• Operate date coders and verify dates on cases.
• Clean equipment using sanitation practices.
• Assist Quality Assurance in sampling and other duties.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processing equipment.
• Complete daily production reports accurately and legibly.
• Train new associates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
