Job summary

United Electric Inc, a small Utah-based company, seeks a Heavy Machine Operator to join the crew. You will operate excavators and other heavy machinery, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and on-time project completion. Licensing to operate heavy equipment is required and government jobs may involve Davis Bacon wages.

Qualifications

Experience in construction or heavy equipment required.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and teamwork.
Valid driver's license and active CDL.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a variety of large, heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, compactors, telehandlers, forklifts, and more.
Maintain all equipment used, including cleaning and regular maintenance.
Follow best excavating practices per specification.
Work closely with the team on each project to ensure success.
Read and follow Blueprint specifications.
