KA GROUP in Ashland, WI is seeking an Assembly worker to join our production team responsible for hands-on assembly of heavy-duty earthmoving equipment. You will read engineering drawings, install scrapers and hydraulic systems, and ensure parts align precisely to specifications.

Daily tasks include using hand and power tools, performing routine maintenance on tools, and participating in quality inspections to meet company standards.

Competenze

• Read and understand assembly drawings before assembling products.
• Able to maintain a high level of quality throughout all assemblies.
• Follow the company’s safety standards and policies.
• Pass WHMIS, SWPs and understand emergency procedures/first aid.
• Pass verbal and mechanical test for overhead crane 5–10 ton.
• Be physically able to lift 50lbs+.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Mansioni

• Assemble scrapers, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical parts per drawings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Inspect assembled components for quality and address defects.
• Use hand and power tools; perform routine tool maintenance.
• Assist in final inspection before delivery.
• Log work orders in Genius software and punch in/out properly.
• Manage time effectively to meet output goals.
• Clock in daily using ADP and manage leave requests.
• Be punctual and attentive.
