Job Overview:
- Operates manufacturing equipment related to the production of mud motor components.
- 12-hour shifts, Mon-Fri (some Saturdays).
Responsibilities:
- Metal preparation by sandblasting, grinding, and fabricating.
- Applying adhesives and operating rubber injection machines.
- Heavy lifting may be required and standing for long periods.
- Documents and records data in the assigned work area.
- Ensures that finished products meet the company's quality policy.
- Ensures all PPE (personal protection equipment) is used.
- May require frequent lifting from 25-50 lbs.
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience or training.
Experience:
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
- Must have a safety and quality mindset.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
