About the Position: We are seeking a motivated Production Equipment Operator responsible for reading and executing work orders to meet customer requirements. This non-exempt position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager and involves working according to safety standards. Overtime may be required.

• Follow safe work methods and report unsafe conditions.
• Manipulate, cut, and form raw materials as per work orders.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, including measuring and cutting tools, CNC burning tables, forklifts, and cranes.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, moving objects, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and work safely around moving objects.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions effectively.
• Use basic computer applications and demonstrate intermediate math skills.
• Plan and organize work independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain communication across departments.

Physical Requirements: Handling, feeling, talking, hearing, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and good vision are necessary.
