Job Overview:
- Operates manufacturing equipment related to the production of mud motor components.
- 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal by sandblasting, grinding, and fabricating.
- Apply adhesives and operate rubber injection machines.
- Perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Document and record data in the assigned work area.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
- Use all required PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Lift items weighing 25-50 lbs frequently.
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience or training.
Experience:
- Ability to perform various tasks.
- Maintain a safety and quality-focused mindset.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
