Job description

Job Overview:

• Operates manufacturing equipment related to the production of mud motor components.
• 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal by sandblasting, grinding, and fabricating.
• Apply adhesives and operate rubber injection machines.
• Perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Document and record data in the assigned work area.
• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
• Use all required PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Lift items weighing 25-50 lbs frequently.

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience or training.

Experience:

• Ability to perform various tasks.
• Maintain a safety and quality-focused mindset.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and blueprints.
• Maintain good working relationships with others.

Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel.
