Step into a day on our Hogansville, GA jobsite

Sunup starts with a walk-around. You power up the cranes, forklifts, and hoists, checking each hook, chain, and control for perfect function. A quick huddle with the site supervisor maps out the lift plan- what moves first, what staging is needed, and how traffic will flow. Then the work begins: relocating steel, positioning formwork, setting equipment, and keeping the site moving safely and efficiently. Throughout the day, you document your inspections and lifts, keep equipment in peak condition, and flag anything that needs attention- because on a heavy-lift crew, safety and precision come first.

What you'll handle
