• Coordinate with site supervisors and teammates to plan, sequence, and execute lifts efficiently.
• Uphold all safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
• Perform routine care and basic maintenance on lifting equipment to maximize uptime.
• Support loading and unloading of trucks and organize materials in laydown and storage areas.
• Keep accurate, timely records of lift activities and equipment inspections.
• Immediately report malfunctions, hazards, or near-misses to management.
