Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required to access airfield and installation.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition management.
• Familiarity with NAVAIR program office environments and standard milestone reviews.
• Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project and advanced Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to evaluate heavy-lift program objectives, milestones, critical path, and project statuses.
• Analyze conflicting program requirements, status updates, budget data, and schedules to identify risks and schedule variance.
• Perform management, technical, or business analyses to support decision-making, trade studies, and alternatives.
• Collect and interpret complex data streams relating to aircraft and acquisition programs.
• Apply government processes for official documentation control, configuration change control management, and secure data lifecycle procedures.
