Position Summary

Branch Civil (BCI) is always searching for skilled, reliable, and experienced construction workers, operators, and professionals to join our well‑established, growing company. We have a variety of opportunities in the Staunton and Waynesboro, Virginia area. These future employee‑owners will contribute to the Branch's successful completion of projects in the heavy civil construction industry, including highways and site development.

We're hiring Laborers, Flaggers, Pipe Layers, Equipment Operators, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Equipment Service Techs, Foremen, Superintendents, Field Engineers, Project Engineers, and other field operations and professional roles!

Duties/Responsibilities

• Follow project instructions from the construction manager or supervisor.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, pipe saws, grinders, jumping jack, and plate compactor.
• Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
• Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude.

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
