Job summary

E-Pak is seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team in Wooster, Ohio. You’ll lay down clean MIG welds on mild steel and Hardox, fit parts from blueprints, and help turn raw steel into dumpsters, containers, roll-offs, trailers, and special projects.

You’ll read blueprints, use a tape measure, operate plasma and torch cutting tools, perform basic preventative maintenance, maintain welding consumables, and support quality control while strictly following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with a tape measure.
• Experienced with welding setups for production.
• Hands-on MIG Welder experience.
• Comfortable reading and working from blueprints.
• Able to perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent weld quality on mild steel and Hardox.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain welding consumables.
• Support quality control checks.
• Apply fundamental fabrication skills.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain excellent attendance.
• Use hand and power tools confidently.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
