Job summary

EZG Manufacturing is seeking a Night Shift Welder to fabricate and assemble metal components for a variety of projects. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years welding and fabrication experience, can read blueprints and welding symbols, and are detail-oriented. Certification is a plus; we offer competitive benefits and a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years welding and fabrication experience; certification is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with welding tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to visualize and work with parts in different configurations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes.
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts with precision.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain production.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
