Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking an employee to operate equipment safely for moving packages, documents, and heavyweight freight. The role includes assisting with pallet buildup/breakdown and coordinating with ULD repair vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assists in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor, as required.
