Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Warehouse Handler to operate equipment for moving packages, assist in pallet buildup/breakdown, and liaise with ULD repair vendors. Must pass drug screen and hold a valid driver's license. Early morning shift Tuesday to Saturday with premium pay for certain hours.

Base pay starts around $17.89 per hour, with a higher rate of $18.41 per hour plus a $2.50 premium for designated hours. This is a safety-sensitive role in a busy, weather-exposed environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from the ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.
• Must be able to pass basic and currency training.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used for the movement of packages/documents/heavyweight freight and dangerous goods.
• Assist in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
