HiFyve is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join a leading heavy equipment dealer in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive hourly rate and a team-oriented shop environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining excavators, dozers, graders, and wheel loaders, plus performing preventive maintenance and using diagnostic software. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, tool allowance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Experience with manufacturer diagnostic software preferred.
• Must supply own hand tools.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams.

Our client is a leading heavy equipment dealer seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join their service team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with strong compensation and a team-oriented shop environment.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction and earthmoving equipment (excavators, dozers, graders, wheel loaders, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and component replacement
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders accurately and on time
• Use diagnostic software and electronic service tools to identify faults
• Document all work performed in the dealer management system

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
