Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in equipment or diesel repair.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clean driving record (violation-free for the last three years).
  • Your own set of basic hand tools for mechanical work.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs multiple times per day and perform physical tasks safely.
  • A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Trade school graduates and veterans encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Are you an experienced mechanic who takes pride in your craft and enjoys working on a variety of equipment? REIC Rentals (doing business as Pro Rentals and Sales) seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of construction and rental equipment. You'll ensure every machine is rent-ready, safe, and performing at its best - helping our customers stay productive and our fleet running strong.

What You'll Do
