Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Technical Communications Coordinator to provide expert technical support, develop training programs, and troubleshoot complex equipment issues for technicians and customers.

This role supports the service team with up-to-date knowledge of equipment models and technologies sold by the dealership. The successful candidate will act as a liaison with manufacturers, prepare technical documentation, and monitor technician proficiency while traveling to sites as

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with technical documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical assistance for heavy equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for technicians and staff.
• Serve as liaison between dealership and equipment manufacturer for technical information.
• Prepare and disseminate technical bulletins and service manuals.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to product improvement.
