Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in vehicle/equipment service and repair.
• Ability to obtain CDL license required.
• At least 3 years of diagnosis and repair experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and diagnose product-related issues.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Lead diagnostic efforts at dealer locations with guidance from service manager.
