Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of heavy equipment technician experience.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of your work.
• Tech-savvy with data entry and basic computer skills (navigation/internet).
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record; CDL may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform complex repairs and diagnostic tests on heavy equipment at customer locations, ensuring machines are back up and running.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and explain issues/solutions clearly, update documentation.
• Vehicle Readiness: Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in excellent condition.
• Safety First: Follow safety protocols and ensure work is done correctly.
