Job summary

Sunland Asphalt in Denver, CO, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to repair and maintain fleet vehicles, machinery and equipment used on our projects. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and uptime of pavers, rollers, milling machines, dump trucks and more.

Must have 2–3 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
English proficiency as the job requires clear communication.
FMCSA English proficiency requirements and CDL driver consideration noted.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs/maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks (pavers, rollers, milling machines, dumps, loaders, graders).
Diagnose and service using electronic scan tools; replace fluids, belts, hoses, and filters.
Prepare and close out work orders; communicate with fleet admin and supervisor.
Maintain a safe, clean shop and adhere to Sunland safety policies.
