Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience preferred.
• Entrant with knowledge of heavy equipment preferred.
• Must have basic mechanic hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic equipment malfunctions.
• Disassembles and reassembles basic machine components to manufacturer’s specifications using hand/pneumatic tools.
• Performs rebuilding, repairing, and maintenance of equipment and components.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of estimating, planning, and controlling cost of repair jobs.
• Completes parts orders and identifies parts for return.
• Maintains clean and safe work areas and adheres to safety policies.
