Role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying product improvements, and ensuring high quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• At least 2 years of full-time heavy equipment experience; not a maintenance position.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to bring a respectable set of hand tools.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire mechanical aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance.
• Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
• Maintain quality service by upholding organization standards.
• Attend factory training to maintain technical knowledge.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Troubleshoot, repair and recondition construction, municipal, and highway heavy equipment and related components.
• Present a favorable company image in appearance, conduct, and while operating a company vehicle.
• Repair large diesel engines and hydraulic/electrical systems on construction equipment.
