Job summary

Roland Machinery Company, a leading Midwest heavy equipment dealer, seeks skilled technicians to service construction, municipal, industrial and forestry equipment across multiple locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing engines and hydraulic/electrical systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Role requires two years of heavy equipment experience and a clean driving record; CDL not required. Company offers health benefits, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time heavy equipment experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school/industry experience welcome.
• Must possess a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending solutions.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Attends factory training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and reconditions construction, municipal and highway heavy equipment and related components.
• Represents the company image in appearance, uniform, conduct, and while operating a company vehicle.
• Performs large diesel engine repair and servicing.
• Repairs and services construction equipment hydraulic systems.
• Repairs and services construction equipment electrical systems.
