Job summary

Roland Machinery Company in De Pere, WI is seeking a field service technician to service and repair construction equipment, municipal and highway heavy machinery. You will troubleshoot, repair and recondition engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and present a professional image while driving a company vehicle.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, staying current with industry trends, attending factory training, and contributing to team results.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years full-time heavy equipment experience; not a maintenance role.
• Clean driving record is required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must supply a set of hand tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of two (2) year's full-time heavy equipment experience required. Please note this "is not" a maintenance position
• Must possess a clean driving record
• CDL preferred; not required.
• Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform the hands‑on responsibilities of the position
