Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – Class B to perform maintenance, repair and service on heavy equipment. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and tuning engines, drives, hydraulics, and electrical systems, with a focus on safe, proficient workmanship.

The technician will read manuals, interpret schematics, operate diagnostic tools, and work with hand tools, jacks and hoists. Strong independence and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in construction/mining machinery maintenance/repair.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics; operate diagnostic tests.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine maintenance checks and adjustments on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and repairs equipment as needed.
• Diagnoses problems, services drives, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.
• Reads manuals and schematics to rebuild engines and driveline components.
• Keeps shop clean and communicates repair plans with teammates.
