All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is hiring a Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for our service department. This role emphasizes customer focus, attention to detail, and coordinating repairs to communicate timelines and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous service writer/advisor experience required.
• Heavy equipment or heavy-duty background preferred.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization and efficiency skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison between customers and the dealership.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate estimates.
• Advise customers on maintenance based on manufacturer specifications.
• Create, update, and document repair and work orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Proactively update customers on repair status, estimate changes, and pickup timing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
