Custom Truck One Source has an opening for a sales professional with a background in construction vehicles, equipment, and heavy & light duty trucks. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, focusing on new business development and maintaining client relationships in the West Texas area.

You will perform needs analysis, prepare quotes, negotiate, and coordinate delivery while striving to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School/GED.
• 3–5 years outside sales in vocational equipment or truck sales.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Target new prospects in West Texas, perform needs analysis and quoting.
• Close sales, deliver trucks/equipment, and maintain client relationships.
• Report activities and results in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and competitive developments.
