Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Equipment Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs on diesel-powered equipment, troubleshoot failures, and provide preventative maintenance for quarry and construction machinery.
The ideal candidate has training or experience with CAT, Komatsu, and Volvo equipment, a CDL, and a proven ability to work safely in a heavy-duty mining environment.
Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated Mobile Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The individual hired into this position would be responsible for performing mechanical repairs on diesel-powered mobile equipment including troubleshooting and repairs of heavy equipment, rebuilds, removal and installation of mechanical parts, and preventative maintenance on all types of diesel-powered equipment.
Vocational training or equivalent experience
This is a full-time position that regularly requires 40+ hours per week in a surface mine setting. This role frequently operates heavy equipment.
