Job summary

The Rental Turn Technician position at Ascendum USA involves timely repair, maintenance, and inspection of rental heavy construction equipment within shop locations. You will handle delivery/receiving, yard organization, and ensure safety procedures are followed while maintaining positive customer and coworker relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma or trade school, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or trade school completion in appropriate field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a positive manner.
Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA and Ascendum Machinery requirements.
Aptitude for repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment.
Attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly maintenance of stored machines process.
Complete all delivery and receiving functions.
Maintains yard organization.
Completes and documents pre-loading inspections and attachments installations/removals.
Maintain/tools/equipment per company requirements.
Adhere to safety training and service department goals.
Complete assigned work with minimal re-work.
Ensure all safety requirements are followed at all times.
Complete administrative functions in a timely manner.
Participate in training and development programs as needed.
