Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in transportation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and provide accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Complete rental transactions and coordinate pickup/delivery of rental units.
• Enter all required information related to rentals accurately.
• Consult with customers to determine rates, prepare contracts, and arrange transportation.
• Prepare rental quotes and collaborate with sales, transportation, and credit teams.
• Create, edit, invoice, and close rental agreements using WCAT rental software.
• Ensure paperwork and terms are complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pursue out-of-the-box solutions when needed.
